Image Submission Guidelines

Contributor Permission and Release Form @humorhelphope

Submitting your photos (no videos), drawings, artwork, AI, and graphics (IMAGES) is optional and not required. Such IMAGES will be considered, but not guaranteed to be used or published. You will be notified if your submission is accepted and published.

By submitting your IMAGES you confirm that you agree to the following terms:

“I certify that the IMAGES are my original work, or have been legally acquired by me. AI IMAGES will be identified as AI.

“I give @humorhelphope permission to display, post, or share my IMAGES on their Instagram platform and related digital media, and to reproduce or include the same, with credit to me by name and/or handle, as well as in any future printed or digital book or other publication.

“I understand my submission may or may not be used. I retain ownership of my original work but grant @humorhelphope a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and publish it as described. No payment or compensation is promised or required. By submitting, I agree to these terms.”

PHOTO MODEL RELEASE (if submitting photos that includes recognizable people)

By submitting photos, you affirm and warrant that you have obtained a valid, written model release from every person who is recognizable in the image (including any minors, with releases signed by a parent or legal guardian). This release grants permission for their likeness to be published, distributed, displayed publicly, and used for commercial purposes—including but not limited to publication in books, promotional materials, online platforms, and social media accounts. If requested, you agree to provide copies of these written releases to the project owner (@humorhelphope). You further confirm that you are fully responsible for securing all necessary permissions prior to submission, and that the project owner is not liable for any claims arising from the use of your photo for any lawful purpose.
